Our tax compliance team provides our clients with full-service compliance services, including determining the tax position in the annual accounts, preparing corporate and income tax returns. When preparing the returns, we work closely with our Transfer Pricing team and advisors to implement advice and Transfer Pricing corrections in the returns. For our corporate customers we provide them with the required documentation in areas such as ATAD II, ATAD III.

For our clients within the digital economy, we provide them with all international tax compliance in the field of OECD Pillar one and Two, DAC 7 and DAC 8 and future guidelines.

We optimize their capital positions for our private clients and advise them on estate planning with our advisers. Within our tax compliance team we have expertise in the field of Cryptocurrency and assisting clients who are active in the Metaverse. The tax treatment of assets in the Metaverse has not yet crystallized, but it is a much-discussed topic in the literature that we monitor for our private clients.
